Creator Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Eligibility and Participation Criteria
- An active Todasu Premium subscription is required to apply for the program.
- Creators must be at least 18 years old and successfully complete the platform's identity verification (KYC) process.
- Minimum eligibility metrics: A minimum of 500 followers, 5,000 total impressions/views, and 50 active channel subscribers (metrics are subject to change).
- Applications are reviewed directly through the creator dashboard; accounts violating platform guidelines may be rejected.
2. Revenue Streams and Earnings
- Creator Subscriptions: Earnings are generated from direct paid channel/profile subscriptions and calculated based on the creator's current tier/commission level.
- Donations: One-time tips and donations sent via livestreams or social posts are credited to the balance instantly.
- Social Content & Livestream Earnings: Calculated through a dynamic pool/CPM model based on verified organic post impressions and live stream viewership metrics.
3. Payouts, Withdrawals, and Balance Terms
- All earned revenues are consolidated into a single unified wallet (Wallet/Revenue).
- Reaching the specified minimum withdrawal threshold is required to initiate a payout (Transfer Balance).
- Creators must provide a verified bank account or a supported payment method registered under their legal name.
4. Anti-Abuse and Fraud Policy
- Any views, impressions, or subscriptions inflated via bots, automated scripts, or artificial engagement methods will be voided upon detection.
- In cases of detected abuse, pending payouts may be frozen, partner status revoked, and associated accounts permanently terminated.
5. Termination and Amendments
- Todasu reserves the right to modify partner tier requirements, revenue share splits, and payout terms with prior notice.
- Monetization privileges may be suspended for creators sharing livestream or social content that violates Community Guidelines.
Frequently Asked Questions
Todasu Premium is a platform-wide membership offering global perks (such as a Premium badge and unlimited AiSu access). A Creator Subscription is tied directly to a specific creator, unlocking their channel perks and subscriber-only social posts.
